ABOUT ME

I run an independent practice focused on calm, practical change. I listen, map what’s really happening, and agree what matters most. I’m there to sense-check choices, keep momentum, and help you in day-to-day work.

I help business owners and independent professionals cut through the noise and move forward with confidence.

I map processes, clarify priorities, and turn plans into steady delivery.

I often stay involved through rollout, from defining the work to coordinating people, tracking decisions, and making the small adjustments that keep progress on track.

Experience

I have over ten years across software, operations, and service management. Typical outcomes include cleaner handoffs, a simple weekly rhythm, developer-ready briefs where systems need integration, and measurable reduction in rework.

I started in web and ecommerce projects in 2012, delivering end-to-end site and integration work for brands and membership bodies. I moved into business analysis and software delivery leadership, managing multi-team portfolios in a regulated environment with developers, testers, and release managers.

Since 2021, I’ve worked independently with national utilities, global insurance, and SMEs, often via national programmes, leading discovery, planning, and implementation on digital and operational projects.

I’m PMP qualified with solid IT foundations through CompTIA A+. I hold an MA in Journalism and Media Communications and I’m completing a coaching qualification.
